You bring the business.
We fund the growth.
Lux Marketing Agency invests its own money and team in products and services we believe in, and gets paid from the growth we create. Start with one joint campaign, or go further with a revenue share.
The ad budget is on us.
We work with one partner per category at a time, so we never compete with our own partners.
Great products and services deserve more than word of mouth.
Most makers and providers are excellent at what they do and have no time, budget or team to grow online. Most agencies can sell anything, but they get paid whether anything sells or not.
Here, we line them up. You keep your business and your brand. We bring the marketing, the money for ads and the audiences, and we get paid from what that growth earns. Neither of us wins unless sales grow, so we both want exactly the same thing.
“Most other companies insist on taking big monthly revolving fees, before proving themselves.”
I've spent more than 12 years in paid advertising, and one thing about this industry always bothered me: agencies get paid the same whether their clients grow or not.
So we stopped selling hours and started investing. We fund the growth of businesses we believe in, and we get paid from what that growth earns. It's how we built The Dominican Bridge with our partner there, and it's how we want to build with you.
That only works if we choose carefully, so I review every application myself.

This is for you if
- You already sell a product or service people come back for
- You have the margin and the capacity to grow
- You'll share your numbers openly with a partner
- You think in years, not weeks
This isn't for you if
- You're still building the product or service
- You want an agency to run ads for a monthly fee
- You'd rather not share revenue with the partner who grows it
- You need results this month to stay afloat
Most partners start with a co-marketing campaign. When the numbers are there, we move to a revenue share. Either way, your business and your brand stay yours.
Co-Marketing
We put your product, service or event in front of audiences we already reach: The Dominican Bridge community, our beauty and expat audiences, and our ad network. Each side keeps its own brand.
- Commitment
- One campaign at a time, agreed in writing
- How we're paid
- A share of what each campaign sells, agreed before it starts
- Examples
- A feature in The Dominican Bridge newsletter, a co-hosted event, a bundle or a launch offer
- Good for
- Testing the partnership with real customers before going further
Revenue Share
We build and fund the growth of your brand: ads, store or booking page, email and WhatsApp, and the data behind it all. You keep owning your brand.
- Commitment
- A set term, with a review after the launch phase
- How we're paid
- We recover our ad spend, then take an agreed share of revenue for the term, and a smaller share on the customers we brought in for a while after it ends
- Your way out
- Buy out our share at any time, with a formula agreed before we start
- Good for
- Businesses ready to grow that want a partner, not an agency
Co-ownership, by invitation. Once in a while we create a new brand from scratch with a partner and own it together, like The Dominican Bridge. It grows out of partnerships that already work, so there's no application for it.
Products people buy again and again, and services people book again and recommend, from partners who can keep up as sales grow:
Beauty & skincare
Skincare, haircare, cosmetics and body care.
Food & drink
Coffee, cacao, sauces, snacks and specialty goods.
Jewelry & fashion
Handmade jewelry, larimar and amber, apparel and swimwear.
Home, wellness & pets
Candles, decor, natural self-care and pet products.
Health & wellness
Clinics, therapies and medical tourism.
Beauty & aesthetics
Treatments, spas and signature methods.
Tourism & experiences
Tours, retreats, excursions and stays.
Education & expertise
Courses, classes, coaching and methods you teach.
You apply with your numbers
Tell us what you sell, what it costs you, and how much more you can handle. We look at your margin, your capacity and what you need to sell legally in each market before anything else.
We start with a test
Usually a co-marketing campaign or a short launch phase. It shows both of us how customers respond, with real numbers, before anyone commits to more.
We fund and run the growth
Lux pays for the ads and runs them, along with your store or booking page, email and WhatsApp campaigns, and customer messages. Every sale and booking is tracked on the Lux Identity Graph, so we know exactly what's working.
We get paid from what it earns
Every month, from the shared dashboard: Lux recovers its ad spend, then takes its agreed share of revenue. You keep the rest, your customers and your brand.
This month your brand makes $20,000 in sales from the campaigns, with $6,000 in ads paid by Lux.
| Sales from the campaigns | $20,000 |
| Ad spend, back to Lux | − $6,000 |
| Revenue the share is based on | $14,000 |
Lux takes its agreed share of the $14,000, and you keep the rest, without spending a dollar on marketing. If a month's sales don't cover the ad spend, the difference carries over to the next month, and if they never do, that loss is ours.
Illustrative example. Actual shares and terms are agreed with each partner.
| A typical agency | Growth Partnership | |
|---|---|---|
| Up front | A monthly retainer, often with a setup fee | Nothing |
| Ad budget | You pay it | We cover it |
| How they're paid | Every month, results or not | A share of the growth we create |
| If it doesn't work | You've already paid | The ad spend is our loss |
| Your brand | Yours | Still yours |
Every partnership runs on the same systems we use for our clients, plus the funding and the audiences.
The ad budget
Lux pays for the ads. You don't put up money for marketing, and if the campaigns don't work out, the ad spend is our loss, not yours.
Audiences we already reach
The Dominican Bridge community, US and Dominican beauty buyers, and expats living in the DR, so what you offer reaches people already shopping in its category.
Lux Identity Graph
Our own customer data platform. It ties every click, visit, message, order and booking back to the same person, so we know which ad brought in each sale and who comes back.
Store, email and WhatsApp
We build and run your store or booking page, the checkout, and the automated email and WhatsApp sequences that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
A shared dashboard
You see sales, bookings, ad spend and revenue, hour by hour. The same numbers we use to settle every month, so there's never a question about the count.
Lux Intel: market intelligence
See which ads your competitors are running, what's being sold in your category, and how prices and offers are moving.
| Order | Customer |
|---|---|
| #1042 · 2 items | Repeat buyer |
| #1041 · 1 item | Repeat buyer |
| #1040 · 3 items | New customer |

Bridge Your guide to life in
the Dominican Republic
- The brand
- A community for expats and people moving to the Dominican Republic: a free weekly newsletter, in-person events, and a network of people building a life in the DR.
- What the partner brings
- The face of the brand: hosts the events, knows the country and creates the content.
- What Lux brings
- We built the brand, run its growth (ads, subscribers, email and social) and its measurement on the Lux Identity Graph. And we own part of it.
- Where it is now
- 2,000+ newsletter readers, with events in Santo Domingo, Punta Cana and Cabarete.
“Great night! Very well put together and made a few contacts. It's 100% worth it. If you haven't been I would make it a point to go.”
“Great time last night. It was good to connect with so many great folks sharing their experience on living abroad in Dominican Republic.”
| You | Us |
|---|---|
| Growth without paying for marketing | A great product or service to put our work behind |
| You keep owning your brand, customers and know-how | A share of the revenue we help create |
| You pay only out of what the growth earns | We get paid when our work delivers |
| Full visibility on every sale, ad dollar and customer | Data to keep improving the campaigns |
| A way out at any time, through an agreed buyout | A long-term partner, not a one-off client |
| Steady orders and bookings to plan around | A partner who keeps quality and capacity consistent |
- Your brand
- Stays yours: name, store, accounts and customer list. We build and run the marketing for it
- Your know-how
- Your formulas, recipes and methods stay yours
- Ad budget
- Paid by Lux and recovered from sales before our share is calculated. If the campaigns never recover it, that loss is ours
- Our share
- A share of revenue for an agreed term, set before we start. After the term, a smaller share on the customers we brought in, for a limited time
- Marketing
- Ads, content, store or booking page, email, WhatsApp and customer messages, run by our team
- Settlement
- Monthly, from the shared dashboard
- Launch phase
- A set period with sales targets we agree on together. If we miss them, either of us can wind down, and you keep everything: your brand, customers, product and team
- Buyout
- You can buy out our share at any time, using a formula agreed before we start
- Equity
- Optional. If the brand grows past a level we agree on, either side can propose turning our share into part ownership. It only happens if both of us want it
There are three, and we'd rather you hear them from us.
We're selective. One partner per category, and we turn down businesses we don't believe in, no matter how good the numbers look.
We share in the upside. We take a share of the revenue we help create, for as long as the agreement says. A partnership that works well pays us well.
We expect real commitment. Open numbers, steady quality, and the capacity to keep up when sales grow.
Everything is in writing before we start. You'll see the full agreement before you commit, so you can review it with your own lawyer.
- Your brand
- Confirms that your brand, accounts and customer list stay yours, including everything we build for them
- Your know-how

- Our share
- The share, the term, and the smaller share on our customers after it ends

Since 2015, Lux Marketing Agency has worked with more than 30 clients, backed by over 12 years of experience in paid advertising.
lux.do is the partnerships site of Lux Marketing Agency. Our agency services live at luxmarketing.agency.
We build the campaigns, data tracking, automation and systems that turn ad spend into predictable revenue, for online stores, brands and service businesses across the US and Latin America.
Growth Partnerships is where we put that experience to work with our own money. We're choosing our founding partners now: makers and providers we'd be proud to grow with.

- The Dominican Bridge
- A product or service you already deliver, with the same quality every time
- Room for a healthy margin between what it costs you and the selling price
- The capacity to keep up if sales double, or a clear plan to get there
- The permits, licenses, registrations and labels needed to sell in the target market
- Samples or a trial of your service, so we can experience it and photograph it ourselves
- A long-term mindset, because real growth takes time to build
Why would you pay to grow someone else's business?
Because a great product or service is the hardest part to find, and it's the part we can't deliver ourselves. You've already done that work. We bring what's missing, and we get paid from the growth we create.
Do I give up any ownership?
No. With co-marketing and revenue share, your business and your brand stay 100% yours. We're paid a share of revenue, not a piece of your company.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency bills you every month whether it works or not, and you pay for the ads. Here we pay for the ads, and we only get paid out of what they earn.
Which option should I start with?
Most partners start with a co-marketing campaign. It's quick to set up, and it shows both of us how your customers respond. When the numbers are there, we move to a revenue share.
What if it doesn't sell?
Then the ad spend is our loss. At the end of the launch phase we review the numbers together and decide whether to keep going. Either way, you keep your brand and every customer.
Who owns the customers?
You do. They buy from your brand, in your store or on your calendar. We see them on the shared dashboard so we can run the campaigns, and when the partnership ends, they stay with you.
Can I end the partnership?
Yes. Buy out our share using the formula in the agreement, or let the term run out. Either way, you keep your brand and your customers.
Do you ever take ownership in a brand?
Rarely, and only when we create a new brand from scratch together, like The Dominican Bridge. It grows out of a partnership that already works, so there's no application for it.
What don't you take?
Anything that can't be advertised freely or needs medical claims to sell: alcohol, tobacco, medications, and supplements that promise to treat health conditions, and any service that needs a license you don't hold. If you're not sure, send it anyway and we'll tell you.
One partner per category at a time, because each one gets our team's full attention and a real investment.
Apply with your product or service. If it meets our standard, we'll be in touch.
