This policy explains what information Lux Marketing Agency LLC (“Lux”, “we”), a company registered in New York, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, lux.do, and the services and programs described on it.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you email us or apply to a program, we receive what you include, such as your name, business, phone number and business details.
- Client data. When we run campaigns for a business, we process the leads, messages, appointments, orders and ad results those campaigns generate, on that business's behalf, in our CRM, dashboards and customer data platform (the Lux Identity Graph).
- Our audience network. People who opt in on forms run by Lux or its partners, along with what they choose to share and how they interact with our pages, messages and ads.
- Website logs. Like most websites, our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To review applications and reply to you.
- To run, measure and improve the campaigns we manage, and to report results to the businesses we work with.
- To contact people who asked to hear from us or our partners, by email, text or WhatsApp.
- To build audiences for advertising on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
How we share it
- Ad platforms. We send results and audience data to advertising platforms. Identifiers such as emails and phone numbers are hashed before they're sent, as the platforms require.
- Partner businesses. When someone books or buys through a campaign, the business serving them receives what it needs to serve them. People in our audience network may be shown offers from our partners, only where they agreed to that.
- Service providers. Companies that host our systems or help us send messages, under agreements that limit how they can use the data.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Under some U.S. state privacy laws, using data to show you ads from partners can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time, as described below.
Your choices
- Opt out of messages. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us on WhatsApp.
- Opt out of partner audiences. Ask us to remove you from our audience network and we'll stop sending you to partners.
- Access, correct or delete. Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to fix or delete it.
To make any request, email deals@luxmarketing.agency with “Privacy request” in the subject. We'll respond within the time the law requires. If your information came to us through a business we work for, we may forward your request to that business.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for as long as an agreement with the business it belongs to requires, or as the law requires. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and hashing of identifiers sent to ad platforms. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Where data is processed
We work with businesses in the United States and Latin America, and information may be processed in either.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
